Career Opportunities

Are you interested in an exciting career where you really do make a difference?  Are you an aggressive individual who has dreams of owning your own home, classy car, fast boat, and the finer things in life?  Do you enjoy the challenges of computer technology, working with your hands, or creative thinking?  For a lifetime of earning power, think about a career in tooling technology.  Why?

Tooling technology is the core of all manufacturing.  If it’s not born or grown, it started with a tool.  Computers, airplanes, cars, video games, and skateboards -- precision crafts men and women design, make, and sell the critical parts for nearly every product we use in our daily lives.

Ohio ’s Miami Valley region is the fourth largest tooling center in the United States , with 832 tooling and machining companies and related service companies.  The industry employs 26,000 men and women with an annual payroll of $1.0 billion!  Our industry serves customers in automotive, computer, medical, plastics, aerospace and other exciting markets.
