NTMA Members Get Significant Marketing Help

· NTMA Purchasing Fairs:  A one day “trade show” where NTMA members get to meet potential customers that have been pre-screened and are needing new vendors.

·

NTMA Market Intelligence Reports:  A series of reports published quarterly giving detailed information on what customers are planning for the future.  The six reports cover:

Cars and Trucks

Aerospace

Construction/Off Road Equipment

Auto Parts

Household Appliances

Medical Equipment

· NTMA ONLINE BUYERS GUIDE:  A list of NTMA members and their capabilities listed at www.ntma.org.  Potential customers can use this easy-to-use database of capabilities to find that particular vendor they’re looking for.  A handy built-in search engine helps locate the needed vendor with a “click” of a mouse.  Members with company websites can link the two sites together.

· NTMA/First Index Alliance:  NTMA members receive a significant discount off First Index membership.  First Index brings together manufacturing job shops with buyers actively seeking sources for custom-made parts.

· Member Networking/Alliances:  NTMA members use other members as resources for outsourcing work.  Some members are forming alliances with others to go after those “major” projects from customers looking for that “one- stop source.”

NTMA Opens New Coaching Helpline

Unlimited Second Opinions about People, Performance and Productivity

A pilot program, provided through STA Coaching Associates Ltd., is now available to assist managers, supervisors, owners, and partners within NTMA member companies in identification and resolution of work-related "people" concerns.

Why Your Company Should Consider Telecoaching

As a management group, you are faced with challenges - controlling costs, remaining profitable, and retaining productive employees. When work problems affect your employees, day-to-day business becomes affected. After 22 years in the consulting/coaching field, Stephen Taylor and Dr. Shelley Crainer understand the "people" issues that affect work relationships, cooperation, and productivity.

In addition to coaching directly with managers and supervisors, STA Coaching Associates partner with HR, office managers, and plant managers to ensure your business runs smoothly.

How Telecoaching Works
Typical questions start with "I'm having a problem working with ... (employee, peer)." Or, "How do I handle a situation where ....?", or "How o I motivate my employees to simply work harder r more carefully?" They also can help you learn how to avoid being "too tough too soon" or "too nice too long."

Mr. Taylor and Dr. Crainer have over 21 years' experience in coaching and are familiar with our industry. Coaching can be confidential or shared, depending on the needs of the caller. You can access them at your convenience - during regular hours or off hours (night shift or home).

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE SOMETHING YOU MIGHT FIND BENEFICIAL?  It’s FREE for a limited time!
